What is it?
eTickets enable visitors to buy tickets in advance via the internet to print@home or load on a smartphone.
How does it work?
Using a web link on your home page to a page where tickets can be purchased. If you want us to we can also set up ticket purchasing via Facebook, further promoting events.
How can people pay?
They can pay with debit cards, credit cards or PayPal. You will require a merchant account (we can help) that can accept card payments. Typical charges are 30p-40p debit card, 3.5% credit card & PayPal.
Can tickets have different prices?
There can be as many ticket types at different prices as you like (within reason), for early bird discounts etc.
Can I sell too many tickets?
You can set a limit for total number of tickets sold by this route, and control it by quantity for each ticket type.
How much does it cost?
There is no set up cost, just a transaction fee per ticket sold. This cost can be shown as a booking fee or included in the ticket price.
How do we get our ticket revenue?
All money is paid directly into your bank account from your merchant account, we don’t touch it.
How do you get paid then?
We will set up a direct debit mandate against your bank account. Weekly our system will generate an invoice based upon the number of tickets sold. On a weekly basis we will use the mandate to request the amount of each invoice in arrears.
How do people get in to the show?
We will provide scanners and staff on the day charged @ an hourly rate tba They will scan all tickets, etickets and mobile phones for entry.
Does this mean all my tickets need barcoding?
Yes we will produce all your tickets with bar codes on.
What about duplicate / forged tickets
100% verification of tickets in real time at point of entry will prevent any fraud
Anything else I need to know?
After the event we will provide a database of customers to market to via email for further events.
