The team on your gates is ours, not an agency’s. Many have been with us nearly ten years and already know our scanners, card machines, radios and gate procedures.
One team covering ticket scanning, card and cash sales, stewarding and car parking — so you are not coordinating several different suppliers on the morning of the show.
The difference an experienced team makes is mostly invisible: nobody is learning the scanner on the morning of the show, cash reconciles at the end of the day, and problems at a gate get solved rather than escalated. A team leader runs the group on site, so the committee is not managing our staff on top of everything else.
All Secure Media event staff are clearly identifiable in branded yellow bibs.
A typical show team is 12–16 Secure Media staff; we have supplied 30+ for larger events.
Teams are on site about 30 minutes before gates open for briefing, equipment allocation and radio checks.
