Gates, the secretary’s office, scanners and card machines all need to be online in a field. We design, install, monitor and remove a temporary network that keeps them working.
The network is designed around the operational parts of the ground first — entrance gates, the secretary’s office or tent, ticket scanners and card machines. Trader Wi-Fi can be supplied as well if the show wants it.
Showgrounds are not buildings. Fields have no mains, layouts move between years, and the parts that matter most — gates and the secretary’s office — are often the furthest from anything useful. We have been working on grounds like that for around ten years, so the network is designed for the site rather than dropped onto it.
There is no limit on areas or devices — we plan the network around your ground and add Wi-Fi points wherever they are needed.
Networks run 24–36 hours on battery power where there is no mains, installed and tested a day or two before the show.
Multiple independent connections mean one failure does not take your gates offline — roughly ten years of showground work sits behind the design.
The full temporary network can run on battery power, typically 24–36 hours per deployment.
Multiple independent units and connections mean another carries on while we investigate and repair it.
A site plan where possible unless we already know the ground, plus a clear picture of which areas need Wi-Fi.
Most shows book at the start of the season. Showground weekends fill up quickly, so the earlier you are in touch, the easier it is to secure your date.
Tell us your show dates and what you need — the full package or just the gaps — and we'll put a plan together.
